Rates & Insurance

Washington clients:
I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser, PacificSource, United, and Regence. Please know that it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your out-of-network coverage for mental health services.Before our first session, I highly encourage all of my clients to become familiar with all of their mental health benefits. When getting in touch with your insurance, be sure to ask:

  • What are my mental health insurance benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible for mental health services? If so, how much?

  • What kind of co-pay or co-insurance do I have?

  • How many sessions per year is covered?

California clients:
I cannot accept insurance at this time, but plan to in the near future. I require the standard session fee rate. You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Session Rates

The standard fee for private pay rate for Individual Therapy is charged at the following rates:                                                                                        

  • Washington Virtual Therapy Session (53+ mins)           $ 125

  • California Virtual Therapy Session (53+ mins) $ 150

Cancellations

I require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment or a late fee maybe charged that is equivalent to the session fee.
